CBDT Notifies New Income Tax Department Authority to Deal with Black Money Window - 18.12.2015

Central Board of Direct Taxation (CBDT) has notified new Income Tax department authority which will now be empowered to receive due taxes and penalty from those who had availed one-time compliance window under the latest Anti-Black Money Act enacted by government.
