Delhi High Court: Diocese of Delhi not Industry under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 - 13.09.2019

Delhi High Court has ruled that Diocese of Delhi is not an Industry under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 as a result of which the employees therein are not Workmen.
