Delhi High Court Permits Shah Faesal to Withdraw Plea Challenging his Detention - 13.09.2019

Delhi High Court has permitted the bureaucrat-turned-politician Shah Faesal to withdraw his plea challenging his detention from IGI Airport following abrogation of Article 370 of Constitution of India in Jammu and Kashmir. The Court granted Faesal permission to withdraw his plea after his wife filed an affidavit in this regard.
