Supreme Court Pulls Up Centre for Delay in Appointing CIC and IC - 18.12.2015

SC has pulled up Centre over delay in appointment of Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) and Information Commissioners (IC) and said“fill up the vacancies or produce the records to prove that nobody was eligible.” The government has time till January 4 to take a call.
