Delhi High Court: Homebuyer can Approach Both Consumer Panel and RERA - 10.09.2019

Delhi High Court has ruled that homebuyers can approach both the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and RERA against errant builders as their jurisdictions are “concurrent”.
