Supreme Court Rejects PIL Seeking to Prohibit MPs & MLAs from Practicing Law - 09.09.2019

Supreme Court has rejected a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to restrict Members of Parliament (MP) and Members of Legislative Assembly from practicing legal profession till they demit their office.
