Kerala High Court Issues Notice on Plea Challenging RTI (Amendment) Act 2019 - 06.09.2019

Kerala High Court has issued notice to the Centre on a plea challenging the vires of the Right to Information (Amendment) Act, 2019 stating that the recent amendments violate Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
