Bombay High Court Explains Shutting Meat Shops Briefly not Unconstitutional - 05.09.2019

Bombay High Court has observed that closure of slaughter houses and meat selling shops for a short period in keeping with the sentiments of a particular section of the society was not unconstitutional.
