Rajasthan High Court: MCI Can Differentiate Between Persons with Disabilities in MBBS Admissions - 04.09.2019

Rajasthan High Court has allowed the Medical Council of India (MCI) to differentiate between persons with disabilities for the purpose of admission on MBBS course. Such determination shall not be in conflict with the provisions of Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
