Punjab and Haryana High Court: Merit and Ability Supersede Seniority for Promotions - 02.09.2019

Punjab and Haryana High Court has ruled that suitability of an employee for promotion is to be determined on basis of merit-cum-seniority and not seniority-cum-merit.
