Delhi High Court Rejects PFI's Defamation Suit Against Times Now - 30.08.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected a suit for defamation initiated by the Popular Front of India (PFI) against the Times Now Group. The suit for permanent injunction and damages to the tune of Rs 2,01,00,000 was filed against two particular telecasts by the Times Group which as per PFI had the impact of lowering its reputation.
