Madhya Pradesh High Court Serves Notice on State Government Over Wildlife Board - 29.08.2019

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to the State Government over the constitution of the Wildlife Board after an animal rights activist filed a public interest litigation petition claiming that law has been violated by nominating persons with “special interest in wildlife” to the Board.
