Karnataka High Court Directs State to Keep Tab on Emission Testing Centres - 29.08.2019

Karnataka High Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) regarding emission testing centres by asking the State to ensure that these facilities do not indulge in any acts of illegality or irregularity.
