Allahabad HC: U.P Higher Judicial Services Rules do not Provide Reassessment of Mains Answer Books - 28.08.2019

Allahabad High Court has ruled that when the Rules pertaining to the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Services did not provide then it could not direct the authorities to reassess the answer sheets thereby declining to grant relief to the Petitioner.
