Bombay High Court Rejects Mehul Choksi’s Plea - 28.08.2019

Bombay High Court has rejected a plea filed by Rs 13,500-crore PNB fraud accused fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi seeking a fresh hearing by a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act Court on his objection to the Enforcement Directorate’s proceedings against him under the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018.
