Delhi High Court Rejects Senior IAF Officer's Plea for Certificate for Children Based on Her Caste - 28.08.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected a plea of a woman IAF officer seeking issuance of a caste certificate for her children, who she claimed have never lived with her husband belonging to a forward caste.
