Apex Court: Incorrect Explanation by Accused Cannot be Used to Complete Chain of Circumstances - 26.08.2019

Apex Court has noted that non-explanation or false explanation by an accused in his statement under Section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 cannot be taken as a circumstance to establish the guilt of the Accused.
