Madras HC Raps Sub Registrar for Not Following Appropriate Procedure on Issuing Marriage Certificate - 17.12.2015

Madras HC has impleaded a Sub Registrar for not following appropriate procedure while issuing a Marriage Certificate for a couple who belonged to the Hindu and Christian religions.
