Telangana High Court Seeks Report on Honour Killings - 23.08.2019

Telangana High Court has directed State Director General of Police Mahender Reddy to provide clearer details of honour killing cases in the State. The Court was hearing a public interest litigation filed by U Sambasiva Rao of Telangana State Bahujan Resistance Forum seeking formation of a special investigation team to look into all the honour killings taking place in the State.
