Supreme Court Upholds Validity of Provisions of TN VAT Act, 2006 - 20.08.2019

Supreme Court of India has upheld the decision of the High Court of Judicature at Madras and has rejected a batch of writ petitions which challenged the constitutional validity of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (TN VAT Act, 2006).
