Supreme Court Declines to Quash Sexual Assault Charges Against Tarun Tejpal - 19.08.2019

Supreme Court has rejected a plea seeking quashing of charges against journalist Tarun Tejpal, who has been accused of sexual assault. The Court said that the case against the Tehelka founder-editor would continue.
