Madras High Court Ruling on Incentive Increments of Schoolteachers - 17.12.2015

Madras High Court has held that cap of two sets of incentive increments fixed by the State government for schoolteachers who acquire additional educational qualifications will be applicable to every promotional cadre and not to the entire service period of a teacher irrespective of the promotions.
