Supreme Court: No Costs to be Imposed if Settlement is Reached at Stage of Issuance of Summons - 19.08.2019

Supreme Court has clarified that there is no requirement of imposing cost when the parties to a cheque bounce case have amicably settled the dispute at the stage of issuance of summons itself.
