Bombay HC: Deceased Victim's Salary Cannot be Evaluated on Ground that Victim was Brilliant Student - 19.08.2019

Bombay High Court has ruled that merely because the victim in a motor accident case was a brilliant student his salary cannot be assessed as exemplary.
