AAR Goa: Naturopathy, Yoga, Ayurveda are Health Care Services - 19.08.2019

Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR), Goa has explained that services like Naturopathy, Yoga, Ayurveda fall under health care. The AAR order also noted that such ‘health care services’ rendered at clinical establishments by authorized medical professionals would be exempt from Goods and Services Tax.
