Madras HC Issues Notice to Centre, TN over Alleged Illegal and Unauthorised Operation of Toll Plazas - 17.12.2015

Madras HC has issued notice to Centre and Tamil Nadu Governments on a PIL seeking a CBI inquiry into illegal and unauthorised operation of toll plazas and collection of toll in State and in Puducherry after expiry of the licence period.
