Bombay High Court Acquits Two Convicted of Kidnapping and Murdering 12-Year-Old Boy - 16.08.2019

Bombay High Court has acquitted Imtiyaz Shaikh who was sentenced to death by the lower Court and Azad who was sentenced to life imprisonment for kidnapping and killing a 12 year old boy in the year 2012 due to lack of evidence.
