Supreme Court: Computation of Multiplier Should be Done on Basis of Age of Deceased Bachelor - 16.08.2019

Supreme Court has explained that in Motor accident claims cases, the multiplier should be applied in case of a deceased bachelor on the basis of age of the deceased and not the age of the parents.
