Calcutta HC: Special Courts in Narcotics Cases to Record Statements of Witnesses Through Video - 16.08.2019

Calcutta High Court has recommended the Special Courts under the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 to record statements of official witness through video conferencing.
