Bombay HC Gives Nod to Death Sentence of Man Who Killed Daughter for Performing Inter-Caste Marriage - 14.08.2019

Bombay High Court has confirmed the death sentence awarded to Eknath Kumbharkar who was convicted of killing his nine months pregnant daughter by strangulation as he had kept a ‘grudge’ against her for performing an inter-caste marriage against his wishes.
