Illegal Alibaug Bungalows: Bombay High Court Raps State for Inaction - 14.08.2019

Bombay High Court has rapped the State Government for failing to take effective action against 24 illegal bungalows of Mumbai businessmen and noted industrialists, built along the Alibaug coast. The Court said authorities promptly demolish shanties, but technicalities are raised when it comes to taking action against plush bungalows.
