Allahabad HC Junks GDA’s Land Allotment to 2 Builders - 17.12.2015

Allahabad HC has quashed Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA)’s decision to allot land transferred from Ghaziabad municipal corporation to two Noida-based private developers.
