NGT Seeks Report on Illegal Constructions in Tughlakabad Extension - 14.08.2019

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to submit report on illegal construction in Tughlakabad extension. The Tribunal took note of the submission made by Delhi Pollution Control Committee that directions have been issued for stopping the illegal activities and for imposing compensation.
