Kerala High Court: PSC’s Power to Keep Alive Ranked List Cannot be Utilized After its Expiry - 13.08.2019

Kerala High Court has ruled that the discretionary power available in the Public Service Commission/PSC to keep alive a ranked list under the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure cannot be exercised after its expiry.
