SC: Patient with 92 Percent Burn Injuries Can be in Healthy State of Mind to Give Dying Declaration - 12.08.2019

Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by a murder convict by upholding the dying declaration given by his deceased wife. The Court ruled that mere fact that the deceased had suffered 92 percent burn injuries per se would not mean that she was not fit to give the declaration.
