SC Directs Centre to Prepare MOP on Appointment of Judges - 16.12.2015

SC has asked Centre to take into consideration suggestions on issues of eligibility, transparency, setting up Secretariat for appointment of judges, redressal of complaints and other issues in the Memorandum Of Procedure (MOP) on appointment of judges.
