Kerala High Court Rejects Single Bench Order for CBI Probe Into Killing of Youth Cong Worker - 05.08.2019

Kerala High Court has rejected a Single Bench Order for a CBI probe into the killing of a Youth Congress worker in Kannur district. The Court allowed an appeal filed by the State Government against the Single Judge Bench Order.
