Supreme Court to Centre: Decide on Madhya Pradesh Chief Justice Appointment - 05.08.2019

Supreme Court has directed the Centre to take a decision by August 14 on top court collegium's recommendation to appoint Justice AA Kureshi as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
