SC Backs Delhi Govt.'s Odd-Even Car Formula, Mulls Banning Entry of Trucks Registered Before 2005 - 16.12.2015

SC has backed Delhi Government's odd-even car policy but refused to stamp it. The court also hinted at increasing Environment Compensation Charge and may also ban on fresh registration of diesel vehicles.The court is also mulling to not allow trucks in Delhi having registration before 2005.
