SC Orders Death Sentence to Man for Raping and Killing 10-year-old Girl, Her Minor Brother in Coimbatore - 02.08.2019

Terming the offence as 'shocking' and 'cold-blooded' a three-judge bench upheld the verdicts of the trial court and the Madras High Court to award death penalty saying the offence fell under 'rarest of rare' category.
