SC Issues Notice on Nestle's Plea against NCDRC’s Retest Order - 16.12.2015

Supreme Court has sought Centre’s response on Nestle India's plea challenging "legality and correctness" of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) order directing testing of 16 samples of Maggi noodles to ascertain their safety for consumption.
