Supreme Court Explains Whether Arbitration Clause Can be Invoked After Parties Compromise - 01.08.2019

Supreme Court has ruled that when the parties to a contract containing arbitration clause have settled their differences and have arrived at a compromise then the arbitration clause in the previous agreement cannot be invoked in the dispute subsequently arising between the parties after such compromise.
