Allahabad HC Cancels Auction to Private Party for Realisation of Fee from Minor Minerals Vehicles - 16.12.2015

Allahabad High Court has quashed an auction carried out by government officials, in which a private party was given the contract for realisation of fee from vehicles carrying minor minerals, on behalf of the Saharanpur zila panchayat. It has directed for a fresh auction.
