Delhi HC Rejects Doctors' Pleas for Recognising Additional Qualification Awarded by UK University - 31.07.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected pleas of various medical practitioners to direct the Medical Council of India to recognise their additional qualification acquired from a university in the United Kingdom .The court said it was not persuaded with the doctors' contentions that the qualification of MD (Clinical) in General Internal Medicine acquired by them from the University of Buckingham be registered in the Indian Medical Register as their additional qualification as it is not a recognised medical
