SC Stays J&K High Court’s Verdict Ending Quota in Promotions - 16.12.2015

SC has issued notices to J&K Government and other respondents in an appeal filed against recent verdict of State High Court wherein it had struck down State Government’s policy of reservation in promotions on basis of which several officials of different departments were promoted since 2005.
