Supreme Court: No Retrospective Application of Section 143A of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 - 31.07.2019

Supreme Court has clarified that Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 will have no retrospective application, as a result of which it has settled the law related to interim compensation in the cheque bounce cases.
