Gujarat HC Confirms Staff Termination Orders, Recruited by Ex-ACJ Sahai - 16.12.2015

Gujarat HC has upheld terminations of 94 high court employees by HC administration, holding their recruitment by former Acting Chief Justice V M Sahai as illegal. Sahai had made the recruitments using special powers under Article 229 of the Constitution.
