Delhi High Court: Survey Delhi’s Coaching Centres Afresh - 30.07.2019

Delhi High Court has hauled up a power company for providing electricity to coaching centres in Mukherjee Nagar without any fire safety clearance. The Court noted that discoms and its officers were “turning a blind eye” to the problem, which could result in a fire like in Surat.
