Punjab and Haryana High Court Bans Loudspeakers to Stop Noise Pollution - 29.07.2019

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a complete ban on loudspeakers in public areas in an effort to curb noise pollution. Religious places such as temple, mosques and gurdwaras have also been forbidden to use loudspeakers, without written permission of the authorities.
