Delhi High Court Rejects Plea to Legalise Cannabis for Medical Use - 29.07.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected with a cost of Rs 10,000 a petition seeking to legalise cannabis, a banned drug which attracts criminal prosecution, for medical purpose. The Court said there was no substance in the petition and it was not inclined to grant the prayer.
